The mechanism

A reliable, quiet process that ensures flawless delivery before candle-lighting, every week.

  1. 01

    Configure the program

You set the parameters: the couple, their timezone, the dates, the card message, the per-delivery cap, and your annual budget guardrail. We manage the rest.

  2. 02

    The Thursday prompt

Every Thursday, the couple receives exactly one text message. We do not send a stream of reminders. The prompt asks them to confirm or adjust their delivery details.

  3. 03

    The couple responds

They simply reply SAME to use their usual address, reply with a new address to change it for the current week, or SKIP if they are out of town.

  4. 04

    Dynamic pricing and timing

We price the order against that specific week's real candle-lighting deadline at their confirmed location.

This is the exact live data and logic engine the app uses to schedule real deliveries.
  5. 05

    Your approval

You receive an approval request featuring the full price breakdown and the exact card text to be printed. Nothing ships without your explicit authorization.

When the unusual happens

Logistics invariably encounter friction. Rather than guessing or failing silently, the system detects anomalies and halts for your decision. We treat edge cases as our strongest feature.

Financial limits

If a quote exceeds your per-delivery price cap, your annual budget guardrail is exceeded, or a payment fails, the system pauses for your guidance.

Address and timing

Ambiguous addresses, late recipient replies, or unavailable delivery windows immediately surface as exceptions. We do not dispatch orders to uncertain destinations.

Holiday schedules

Jewish holidays often shift or completely black out standard Friday delivery windows. The system identifies these dates and awaits your instruction.

Provider integrity

Provider errors, unconfigured integration states, or uncertain order submissions are trapped. We never assume a transmission succeeded if the provider's API is ambiguous.

Card note review

If the recipient appends a personal card note to your standard message, the order requires your review to ensure the printed card remains pristine.
