Financial boundaries
Your budget is protected by two distinct mechanisms. The first is a per-delivery cap. If any individual weekly quote exceeds this amount, the delivery does not proceed automatically. Instead, it becomes an exception awaiting your manual evaluation.
The second is your annual budget guardrail. We track your cumulative spending across the twelve-month period starting from your program's inception date, rather than the calendar year. If an upcoming delivery would push your total over this boundary, the system halts and pauses for your instruction.
